My Flights – now with added TripIt

My Flights and TripIt have come together! With the latest versions of My Flights and My Flights HD, you can now link to your TripIt account.

So now, all of those bookings with non-Amadeus travel agents and Airlines can automagically make their way into My Flights when you link it with your TripIt account. Once your’e all linked, just send any booking confirmations to plans@tripit.com and they’ll appear in My Flights.

That’s all there is to it!

What’s more, with My Flights 2.1 (and My Flights HD 2.1 when it’s released) you’ll also see any car and hotel bookings in My Flights too! How cool is that?!

Glad you like it! Car Hire and Hotels in Amadeus & TripIt bookings should be in the iPhone version any day now (Apple are currently reviewing it) and I’ve submitted the HD version to Apple, so that should be in about 1-2 weeks. Hope it proves useful!

Hi – thanks for your comments. There are currently no known issues with the calendar functionality. If it’s not working for you, can you drop an email to support@myflightsapp.com with the booking reference you’re trying to add?

There is a new bug with the very latest update!

My itinerary for this weekend (outbound yesterday, return tomorrow) is only listed in the “Past trips” category despite one leg still open.

Thanks again for your help the last few days, troubleshooting the issue with your MyFlightsHD running on iPad 1 models.

Not that I am able to travel more than 1 or 2 times a year, but your MyFlightsHD is one of my 2 most-favourite Apps, right behind my Password Manager.

I am very impressed with the Notes feature of MyFlightsHD. I especially like the ability of adding additional Notes; in my case, I added my frequent flyer numbers for the other airline that I’m traveling on in this booking, then I added another Note with my passport number & expiry, then a 3rd Note with the address that I’ll be staying at. Very nice.

Additionally, I have tested & can confirm that your App also supports Cyrillic (Russian) characters in the Notes sections.

Thank you for a fantastic product, and also for your prompt fixes for problems when they pop up.

Hi,

At the moment you can only link to TripIt within the iOS App on the Settings tab. I’m currently working on updating the website to also allow this, but for the moment the TripIt link is in the App
